Applications
Our experience with all major equipment manufacturers ranges from continuous process control to assembly lines. We've provided controls for small lab carts and control systems for full-size production plants. Some of our panels are controlling plant operations and help squeeze the most out of soybeans. Our staff has completed projects using major industrial hardware and software including Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, GE, Siemens and Cutler-Hammer. Our shop is UL 508 approved, so your panel can be UL listed if necessary. We also design and build systems for use in hazardous areas making use of explosion pooof, intrinsically safe and purged equipment.
For either large or small projects, our engineers see the challenge and apply creative solutions. Recent project budgets have ranged from thousands of dollars to millions of dollars.
Global
We have worked in factories across the United States and around the world designing, building and installing control systems. We have completed projects in Canada, Mexico, South America, Asia and Africa in recent years.

Good chemistry with production engineers, superintendents and managers with whom we work is critical to the success of the project. We sit down with the manufacturing team to discuss the project and become a part of the team that will provide control and automation solutions. From this initial meeting we use a disciplined process - from budget and scheduling to trouble shooting - that turns concepts into reality.
After we package and ship to your site, we start up the system, run checks, demonstrate functionality and provide training support to the customer. And if there are problems, we'll respond quickly to be there to trouble shoot with you, in the plant.
